PROFILE OF STAFF

Roy Duodu-Sarpong AGP GhanaMr. Roy Duodu-Sarpong is the President and CEO of African Global Pharma Operations. He has more than 27 years of industrial experience and skills in information technology, management and consulting from his professional practice. Previously, Mr. Duodu-Sarpong served as the Vice President for Product Development at Emphasis Corporation, Canada.

He also served as a senior external officer in one of the leading global telecommunication and network technology provider companies. He was in the Nortel Networks IT Global Configuration Project Management for the global implementation of series of new applications and processes for the company’s external global network configuration and business solutions in Asia Pacific – (Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore and Beijing).

Prior to that, Mr. Duodu-Sarpong worked in various technical and  management positions at the Ontario Hydro (now Hydro One), Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, and the US West Communications Network.

Mr. Duodu-Sarpong holds an M.B.A from the Center for Graduate Management School at the University of Keele, Newcastle, UK, a B.Sc. and a B.Tech. Degree and diploma from DeVry University Dallas, Texas, US and the College of North West London, UK respectively. Currently, Mr. Duodu Sarpong is pursuing a Doctoral degree in “Business Leadership, Applying the Theory of Human Action.”   He is a director and co-Founder of African Global Pharma Ghana and Canada.

 

 

Obed Safo Adu AGPMr. Obed Safo Adu is the Administrative Manager and Head of Administration at AGP. He has over 13 years of working experience – three of these years as a teacher. Obed has spent 10 years of his working life in Finance utilizing his academic qualification. He completed his undergraduate degree with 2nd Class Upper with honors from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He further completed his graduate degree from the University of Leicester in UK in MBA Finance and worked in the United Kingdom for 9 years before returning to Ghana.  He worked as a Financial Manager for FRADALIT Financial Services Ltd. London and as the Finance Coordinator for Reconciliation International, London, UK.  Mr. Safo Adu currently holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants certification for Fundamentals Level.

 

 

Ms. Annabel Konadu Agyemang  AGPMs. Annabel Konadu Agyemang is the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at AGP.   She joined AGP from the inception of the company after completing her Polytechnic Institute education with Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting.

She currently works in a multifaceted function as the Administrative Officer whiles she manages all clerical activities from Front Office to the back office. Young and promising she aspires to finish her planned undergraduate degree in Business Administration (B.Sc.) with Economics option at the Catholic University of Ghana.

 

Rev Sister Anna Twumasi AGPReverend Sister Anna Twumasi a Pharmacist is the Production Manager for our company. She is an ordained Catholic Sister with a call to the Ministry of Christ. She is a very dynamic and talented woman with in depth knowledge in her field of study.  She has a number of years in Pharmaceutical practice in the industry. Prior to joining African Global Pharmaceuticals she had an experience as a Production Assistant in the industry and she was most recently a senior Pharmacist at the Holy Family Hospital in Berekum. Although an ordained Catholic Sister she is a learned Pharmacist by profession and supports the Sisterhood pastoral duties. She graduated with high honors from Ghana’s esteem science institution the University of Science and Technology in Kumasi and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.  Rev. Sister Anna is a member and a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.

 

Reverend Sister Reena Nivedita AGPReverend Sister Reena Nivedita is the in-house Chief Superintendent Pharmacist for our company. She also doubles up as the Senior Pharmacist at St Theresa’s Hospital in Drobo. She is an ordained Catholic Sister with a call to the Ministry of Christ. She is a very dynamic and talented woman with in depth knowledge in her field of study. Although an ordained Catholic Sister she is a learned Pharmacist by profession and supports the Sisterhood pastoral duties. She graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences at Bangalore in India and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. She worked as a Production Assistant at Micro Labs Pharmaceutical in Bangalore after graduation from Pharmacy school. Prior to her arrival in Ghana she also worked at the Christian Medical College Hospital at Vellore in India before embarking on her Sisterhood profession in Ghana. She is a member and a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.

 

VICTOR-TORNYIE AGPMr. Victor Tornyie is the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager at African Global Pharma. Victor has worked as a Senior Quality Control Analyst previously from a leading pharmaceutical company. Until his new position, he was the Quality Control Manager for our company. He has worked tirelessly in his current position to register all the drugs on AGP list of products. He was one of the leads to work tirelessly with W.H.O. to qualify his previous employer. He graduated with honors from the premier university at Legon, the University of Ghana. He holds a Bachelors (B.Sc.).degree in Chemistry.

 

Abraham Owodo - the Plant EngineerAbraham Narh Owodo is the Manager for Plant Engineering and Maintenance. Abraham has an unparalleled and extensive skills and experience second to none in his field of work. He leads the plant and engineering team with precision work habits. His experience to the company serves as a strong resource for the growth of this company. Abraham is a graduate from Accra Polytechnic Institute with   qualifications in Engineering and Electrical Technology as an Engineering Technologist.
